Submission Guide

All interested parties, students, professors, engineers, and researchers could submit their latest scientific findings, research articles, and review studies through the user control panel with the complete observance of the article writing format. To do this, you are required to create an account (personal control panel) by subscribing to the website (initial registration), then log in and submit your articles through the article submission menu.

- It should be noted that the abstract and full text of articles are uploaded together, and there is no need to send the abstract separately.

-  Only high-quality articles will be selected for presentation after being assessed and reviewed by professors and experts.

- The full paper articles should be between 14 to 20 pages

- The person registering the article shall be deeded as the corresponding author.

To students and researchers:

Those students and researchers who wish to receive the assessment results of their submitted papers earlier than the deadline should submit their papers as soon as possible and send the conference's secretariate an email containing the articles' title and its tracking code and request an early assessment. For these people, the articles' assessment results shall be announced up to 14 days after submitting the article.

How to submit Article Files:

You are required to upload two files in the conference's user system:

1. The article's full text with Doc or Docx format according to article writing guidelines.

2. The full text of the article in Pdf format, which is a duplicate of the doc file.

Please note that the article's submission and registration shall only be deemed successful when the conference's website provides you with a tracking code after completing the form and submission. This code will also be sent to the user's email.
